I think some people sadly seem to revel in bad news and assume we're all going to hell in a handcart!!

On a similar note, I seem to recall back in 2013, IPSOS MORI issued an article titled 'The Perils of Perception', and it revealed that much of the British public had the wrong ideas about many issues, and often cynical about any form of good news, and liked to believe the worst in nearly everything.

Sadly still just as, if not even more, evident in 2020!!

LOL Misery loves company! And this headline makes me feel a bit better about the ones coming out of Florida...

Is that because of Covid? It is Scotland...

I wonder if there is enough space in the tower for such offenders?

A friend of mine asked me the other day - why aren't the Republicans saying anything about all this violence and destruction coming from the left? I said are you kidding me? When your adversary is in meltdown and imploding the last thing you want to do is step in to stop it. It's a friggin freak show l said, more entertaining than The Voice.

Another one brought in off the ledge!

    Hey Lenso,

How much do you think the advent of the internet has had to do with that mindset?

Okay, so I know I joke about how there are thousands of ways for nature to kill you in Australia...but this? Damn. The article says the shark actually got the kid from out of the boat! I didn't know this was possible!

I see it was scared of his Dad though Vee.
I've got my own story about sharks. The mother in law was recently on holiday in Australia and that's where she went swimming in the sea. Anyway a great white was nearby and it wasn't a pretty sight. The water was suddenly red, blood absolutely everywhere.

Anyway the paramedics turned up, the air ambulance arrived and it was straight to the operating theatre. Those surgeons were heroes, they did everything they could but it was no use...

    The shark died
