Starting CBT for anxiety. What to expect?

For 6 years i have suffered with anxiety but never this bad. Recently its gotten so bad that ive been signed off sick from work. i keep having anxiety attacks and i have alot of health anxiety, I start therapy on monday, i think they're going to try CBT. I've had therapy with CBT before for OCD intrusive thoughts but only had 2 sessions in which even they helped a little bit. I just wondered if anyone else has ever had therapy/CBT just for anxiety or health anxiety and what your experiences were? Did it help? what type of things should i expect?
    Thanks for reading
    Love and peace x

    Hello m8,

Its a talking therapy with a difference, they tell you everything, even things you didnt know about yourself, they are trained professionals, that said it getting out is the biggest part of recovery my friend.
