Eyesight duller/darker/dimmer than normal?

Hard to explain its as if everything just looks dimmer than usual. Anyone ever get this? Its constant all the time no matter if im inside or outside. Really freaking me out now :(

Had an eye test everything was normal and then I just got over it! But now it's back with blurry vision this time so I'm going for another eye test AGAIN... most likley it's just the same anxiety symptom rearing it's head again
