    Increased dosage of Zoloft

I was on 50mg of Zoloft for awhile and although I felt ok, I believe my mood could be better. My dr. increased my dosage to 100mg which I've been on for a week and so far I feel no change. I actually feel a little worse than when I was on 50mg. To those who have increased their dosage, how long did the new dose take to kick in? Did you have to wait the full 8 weeks or so or was it sooner than that?

    Re: Increased dosage of Zoloft

I was on 50mg for a while and it didn't agree with me at all.
I swapped over to 10mg Lexapro and all is good.
I'm not saying it will work for you but it did for me.
