PMS anxiety

Anyone get this? Literally a few days before I start, my heart is racing more, I have the impending doom feeling frequently and my immune system runs low which sends my anxiety all over the place as I truly HATE being ill. :(

I also experience this I’m crazy anxious now so hoping it because Im due on I’m actually really late . I have vulvodynia and vaginismus so not sexually active so can’t be that I’m pregnant going to drs today as had bleed then nothing last Saturday x
