Breathing feels strange

Sine last night I've had this obsession that there is somethinh wrong with my breathing. I can do deep breathes etc. Can breathe but it feels almost weak? Quiet? If that even makes sense. Unless I breathe really deeply and hear my breathing its like I'm almost not satisfied by it. I've got it into myhead that I've got a blood clot in my lungs. I've tried breathing exercises, which help for 5 mins and then im back to square 1 again. Please has anyone dealt with this before? I just feel so off, like I dont have enough oxygen or im going to stop breathing.

Totally normal. Try to do more breathing exercises and keep busy. It will soon go I promise

I had this before where I was really concious of my breathing , lasted few days then disappeared

Yeah I noticed it goes if Im busy at work or with my kids. But sitting down at home it comes back. Thank you xx
