Hot palms and hands when in panic mode

I’m currently in a bit a of a HA bad place, where I have morning to night tension, which mostly causes slight nausea, but also like an internal tension (hard to explain but I think it’s the Adrenalin/cortisol at work on my heart/lungs/stomach). The other symptom I get is hot palms and sometimes hot feet. It’s worst when I have a panic attack itself (bright on by negative thoughts or seeing symptoms related to my worry). But I also seem to now be getting them at other slightly more relaxed times, like when laying in bed or reading to my kids.

Anyone else get this? Assume it’s also HA caused?

Yep, anxiety does really odd things to my internal thermostat.

Absolutely. I get a hot/red nose when I’m anxious, it looks like I’ve drinking. Agreed with BlueIris
