Hi I’ve had on and off tension headaches again for months lately one side of my face feels heavy it’s not numb because I can feel it my top of the eye feels heavy then sort of radiates down to under my nose when I think and focus on it ! Im trying not to entertain my horrible health anxiety thoughts but I am struggling ..
