    dysphagia

Ive been experiencing heart burn after food and drink and feeling like my food is stuck in my chest. Well now im having a hard time swallowing and when i do i get gurling wet sounds from my throat. If this isnt dysphagia then what on earth is? I have also been drooling a lot recently and been choking on water A LOT. My throat is so so tight tighter than when i get anxious i feel like i feel like im being strangled.

I get this too. I do think it must be linked to anxiety

That's the battle cry of the HA sufferer, alright. We've all said it, but it's only ever true inside our heads.
