Woke up this morning with my 4th little toe totally buzzy. About an hour after being on my feet then sitting at work, it went away only to reappear after 7 hours when I got home and put my feet up on the couch!
Before I panic that this this neuro-nasty--- what are some reasonable explanations?

Could be circulation-related or minor nerve irritation but certainly not a "neuro-nasty" in the absence of other more serious symptoms.
Stop focusing on it and I'm sure it will disappear
