Shaking

Hi hope all are enjoying the weekend. I have a question about a symptom I have been experiencing lately on and off the past few months. It first started after a stomach bug and it keeps coming back but I don't have anything wrong with my stomach ie no bug. It's a feeling like my insides are shaking and it' feels like it's my whole stomach abdomen area. When its really bad I can even see it shaking through my top. I thought when it happened once or twice it was nothing to worry about but now im worried it's something serious as it keeps coming back. Does anyone else have a feeling like this? Is this an anxiety symptom? Or could it be a serious illness? I've got terrible health anxiety and am trying not to Google. Thanks for reading xx

Internal shakes are very common with anxiety, as are visible muscle tremors. Try some relaxation techniques to help. There's some on here and mindfulness is readily available on the internet
