Started off with a takeway around 5 weeks ago.
Thought I had a standard upset stomach but it’s been dragging on now.
No actual diahoerra but loose stools but mixed with occasions when I have to strain to let it out.
Appetite has been affected to an extent due to feeling nauseous at times. Also a lot of passing wind but no real bloating.
What could this be? IBS? Or just delayed healing following a stomach bug?
I should add that a family member has Celiac Disease. I was tested negative for it back in 2015 following a similar scare.
