You're 17. You don't have cancer but you do have anxiety.Please speak to your parents, a school counselor or trusted adult about getting real life help. As I said, our weight fluctuates all the time due to what we eat, how much we eliminate waste etc... perfectly normal and factual. You need to teach your brain that and that can't be done with words on a screen on an anxiety forum.

I know it’s just so hard to not link stuff to cancer but I need to remember it’s in my head and I a very young (17) thanks

Plus what do you guys think the light pain that comes and go from my bottom left rib is from is it from posture or cause I tend to touch/flex that area a lot

Just my opinion but I think you should take the time and read this thread. Pay attention to the pattern of the replies. I see similarities here. I assure you, you don't want to allow your anxiety to control you that way. Learn something from it and please take the advice given thus far.
