How should I start anxiety treatment
You guys think my sudden tiredness and lightheadedness is from anxiety because I’m thinking hard on it or it’s my lack of having efficient sleep

I know it’s just so hard to not link stuff to cancer but I need to remember it’s in my head and I a very young (17) thanks
I know it's tough, but it gets easier if you give yourself the care and wellbeing you need.
Plus what do you guys think the light pain that comes and go from my bottom left rib is from is it from posture or cause I tend to touch/flex that area a lot
Should I still onspect my stool cause there has been nothing wrong about my stool no red or black tarry stools I comes out normal with fiber the would of persisted right
Just my opinion but I think you should take the time and read this thread. Pay attention to the pattern of the replies. I see similarities here. I assure you, you don't want to allow your anxiety to control you that way. Learn something from it and please take the advice given thus far.
