Appreciate the positive outlook Fish. Just can't get past this dizziness atm, it's just another symptom on top of an already decent list.

So you think it's possible to suffer from headaches, dizziness, lightheadedness etc all at the same time for prolonged periods?

I played football last night, felt good, and felt good this morning. However this afternoon, the dizziness and lightheadness is kicking back in - mainly after sitting down at my desk for a bit. Don't know why it's coming back when I've been feeling better today. Maybe it's my posture cos my neck and shoulders are tight and sore.

More than possible, yes, and neck tension can be a major factor for dizziness.

Mr L. You got to read through this thread again. You are asking the same things over and over and the answers are not changing. Fish’s fantastic fire analogy is totally spot on.

I went months in a very stressful situation and it took 4 months of meditation and focus to get better. This is not an overnight fix.

You really need to look at things logically. You said it yourself. You can play football but can’t walk up a hill. Dude, this is in your head!!!

Kick it’s ass, stop letting it control you, and be patient for the physical symptoms to go away. It takes a while.

I'm starting to think what if it's allergies? My eyes have been sore / stingy for the past 3 days, and I feel a sort of fullness behind my nose and had a bit of a nasal drip. I've had sinus colds in the past, where it hurts to sniff in and a general pressure feeling in that area.

However.........I came across a rare type of sinus infection called sphenoid sinusitis, which can be fatal.......bloody hell!!!

Do you even read these comments?

This is like a car crash, but I have to turn away.

Hi Josh, yes I do read every comment. I appreciate your reply. I guess I'm impatient and I want an overnight fix. That fix for me is going to the doc for them to tell me I'm ok, but I know that doesn't sort the deep rooted issue.

My partner would agree with your car crash comment.

Can I ask what sort of meditation did you do? I have a lot of mp3's from my mindfullness course, but maybe I've been lazy, and not actually listened to them enough.
