Ginger and/or vitamin B6 supplements may ease the nausea.

went to a friend's this aft but found it harder than last week when i sat at his.
Just sitting and talking might not be distracting enough, especially if the discussion revolves around how you're feeling so try not to dwell on that, but focus on topics which task the brain.

It is early days. How you feel now says nothing about how it will be once the med kicks-in.

    Re: Lofepramine anyone?

just feel i am becoming more depressed. I know im only 10 days on "therapeutic" dos but i've been on lofepramine 3 weeks @70mg eve, 2weeks 105mg (70 eve,35 day).
So 6and half weeks in total. im only holding onto the fact that i was able to focus on some stuff for the 1st few days of upping to 140mg, but hat seems to bee leaving me know and even the evenings are becoming hard again. sorry for poor me but just need to vent. my other concern is since being on this i have nipping burning sensation at my bottom sorry about details but it does concern me.

anyway its a day at a time.
hoping ill be on here soon posting glad i stuck it out.

    Kind regards,

    Paul

Keep busy and active. As Panic says, how you feel now is not an accurate gauge of how you could be feeling once med settles. Hopefully soon.

Wouldn't it just! I hope too that this med soon starts helping you but if you find that the feelings are intolerable I'd certainly advise talking to your psych.

Sitting at desk, wanting to scream. just back from gym. its sad when the only thing that gives you hope is not waking up. its so selfish, especially with loving kids, but 9 months of this pain is enough for anyone. come to at 5 am, then you realise you are still in the nightmare.
sorry guys got to get this out.
