    thanks for the input pulisa. I hav ementioned to my psych and cpn about daily feeling and ideation of termination and tey just shrug it off

    Anxiety disorders and depression are often years in the making and that can't be quickly undone. You've already seen some improvement so it probably won't be the full 7 weeks. meanwhile, you cope anyway you can. Which I know isn't a good answer, but there are no ways of speeding up the process. Try and be as busy as you can so you don't have time to dwell on all the bad stuff going on inside your head.

    this tired wired feeling is the pits. just hit me an 1.5 hrs after taking my a lofepramine. Anyway, off to gym for couple miles on treadmill.

    That is about when lofepramine hits peak plasma levels and there is maximum impact on noradrenaline/norepinephrine (NA) receptors. It should diminish as plasma levels reach steady-state after the recent dose increase and, in the slightly longer term, NA synthesis and expression is down-regulated.
