    Day 11. Anxiety getting worse each day. already had 1mg of lorazopam at 7.30.

    Which is a pity, imho, because it has a lot going for it being safer than many other ADs and usually producing few side-effects. The problem is that it was only ever marketed in the UK and a few Commonwealth countries plus Japan and many GPs and psychiatrists now have little to no experience of the older ADs.

    day 12. in work legs going like a jack hammer. Appetite gone. forcing myself to eat a salad and yeo valley yoghurt. trying to get through the days.

    this day has been hades. head not even slowing down at night and thats 3mg of loraz today and about to take my zop

    It does get better mate, and that's no lie. I can't guarantee lofepramine will work, but the side-effects will definitely soon begin to diminish.
