    Nipple retracts when lifting arm

I recently noticed (while showering) that my right nipple was retracting a bit when I raised my right arm. When I got out of the shower and did the same thing in front of the mirror, the nipple no longer retracted and behaved exactly like the other one.

My right nipple has been retracting under certain circumstances (wearing a tight bra, etc) for a while now, and I had a breast ultrasound in January (which was clear, and the bra retraction was happening with the nipple even then) as well as a doctor’s breast examination in January and April of this year.

Now I’m back in full panic mode. Should I book another breast appointment?
