    Suprasternal pulse

    Hi all,

Can any of you (preferably fellow younglings: 45 and under) feel and see a pulse in the gap between your collarbone at the very base of the throat? It is allegedly a symptom of an aortic aneurysm, but in other threads where people have gone "hey, can you feel this?" the near-universal answer is yes.

Went to the doctor: it's fine. A suprasternal pulse on its own is indicative of little.

Glad you’re feeling a little better. For what it’s worth, I can feel it on myself (can’t go and look if I can see it right now) but I can see it on my partner. We’re both in our mid 20s and healthy.
