General depression or for other reasons?

Hi just an enquiry really I have been coming to nmp for a long time as I have social anxiety, depression and addition issues. But this section of the forum is just called "depression caused by panic or anxiety".
It doesn't seem that welcoming for me as my depression is not strictly caused by panic or anxiety. And I probably get anxious because of feeling low. So im just wondering.... Is it ok to post for help here and discuss if you have depression caused by another issue or should I only discuss panic or social anxiety related depression?

People post on this board for depression without anxiety or when they only have depression and some who are bipolar. I wouldn't worry, you will get support.

thanks Terry i thought so as I have read a few other threads. I guess it is fine then
