    Honestly wouldn’t bother me he could pick his nose for all I care this ocd is purely based on of I witness something forever contaminated like dirty washing or toilet germs. Perhaps this is something the therapist can root out and figure why I maybe don’t have one rule for one but another for this?

    That's probably because you bleached it so often. Metal will discolour unfortunately.

    There are no "rules" in OCD, Phil. Just obsessions and compulsions which only YOU can change. A therapist can only guide you.

    Ive not asked for any reassurance I stated from the start due to my ocd the handle would be replaced
