Kidney worries

I had a blood test recently that showed high potassium. Since then I’ve noticed my pee is pretty bubbly. I also feel less hungry, but can’t tell if it’s because of my anxiety. Today my calf muscles have been twitching, and the other day I had a throbbing pain in my lower left abdomen near my hip and groin. I’m 25 don’t have diabetess or family history of kidney issues. I have been pretty dehydrated, which I heard can give you a high potassium reading.

That's it 100% I recently had bloods done and kidney function was off. I was told to hydrate as much as possible and went in for a re-test. The levels dropped dramatically.

I have freaking foam not bubbles so that is not indication of kidney status.

You did any other test or just pottasium? ESR? Creatinine?

All of them. Dehydration.

thanks for the replies, i forgot to mention ive also been sensitive to cold and heat and have had an itchy rash on my wrist and elbow for months
