I've posted so frequently here so apologies! I'm having a bad attack these days and dont know whats going on.. I was wondering whether stress in general had a long effect on our guts as I have had some very ODD flare ups and downs since I got horribly stressed a few weeks ago (start of May to be exact..).
I've been back to normal for the most part but suffering horrendously with painful gas which leads to d* ..I tried cutting out coffee for over a week. Still had it. Tried cutting out yoghurt. Still had it...I ate tonnes of stodgy food yesterday cos I had a perform a piano concert tonight and guess what, hours before I had the cramps and bad d*. Is this what IBS is like? I havent been properly stressed in around 18 days but its feeling like my guts have caught on :(
