I felt nauseous this morning almost felt like vomiting but drank soda to burp felt somewhat better but felt like I wanted to pass out but I walked around my neighborhood felt better this is the worst of the lightheadedness I have felt I told my sister I had panic attack she told I am not sick and it’s in my own head but it’s hard for me to believe
My mind is panic mode 24:7 I can’t control it
I feel each day is closer to death it’s scary
