That’s the exact amount of time I’ve had to be taking my antihistamines for this year. My guess is allergies or seasonal. Annoying but not at all concerning, grab some eye drops or antihistamines, they help.

Yes, if you have any autoimmune conditions you may have dry eyes or dry mouth or both. As mentioned various medications can cause dry eye. Poly Gel Lubrication Eye Gel (preservative free) by Alcon, are excellent for use at night and Systane Ultra lubricating eye gel is great for daytime use. I have used this combo for many years. Also drinking lots of water helps with eye dryness as it keeps you hydrated. Do see your Dr if it continues.

There is an autoimmune condition called Sjogrens Syndrome which causes dryness issues and I have this in a mild form. I also have Chronic Fatigue syndrome which is an autoimmune/neuroimmune condition). Venus Williams the tennis player has Sjogrens.

I did wonder this but they’re literally just super dry. No itching or anything typically allergy?

I do get a dry mouth a lot at nighttime but I always have really. The dry eye is a new thing which I’ve seemed to correlate with starting sertaline. I’ve used a hot eye mask but only really provides temp relief! I will look at some ointment/gel.
