I’m new to this site. I’ve been reading some of the threads and I don’t feel so alone knowing there are so many of us suffering from the same things. I’ve been suffering with anxiety and depression on and off for about 20 years now. I’ve had therapy and been on various meds but it always seems to creep back into my life.

Hi everyone, thanks for the welcome. KK77 medication has helped over the years but none seem to work for very long. I am on venlafaxine just now and I feel like it has made the anxiety worse and hasn’t really touched the depression. The anxiety is really bad in the morning.
