Dizzy, heart palps

For the past two days, I have been extremely dizzy and lightheaded with a super fast heart rate. It feels as if I may pass out. It comes and goes, but gets worse when I exert myself. I am getting concerned, mainly because I feel so bad. I have also been extremely tired- I fell asleep at 9pm last night, which is normally unheard of for me. I don’t know if I am experiencing panic episodes? But if so, they are lasting for about an hour at a time, is that normal??
