rescue remedy

It works for me too, I also carry lavender oil with me too, and used to find this helped loads when I was feeling panicky.

I tried Rescue Remedy for the first time last week and it worked for me, the panic came down enough to allow me to think clearly and remember my breathing etc.

I like the spray bottle - two squirts on your tongue. To an outsider it would just look like you were using a breath freshener.

I am glad that you are using Rescue remedy it is a great one to keep on you at all times. My friend told me about it and I always keep it in my bag. Have never used the spray so i will have to hunt it down and get some.
