So was on 120 of duloxatine for 8 weeks and thought it was making me worse so went down to 90 , first few weeks were ok but week 3 I crashed bad , question is I have gone back to 120 and anxiety is through the roof , is this normal ??????

Did you do that on your own or with a doctor's supervision? Changes in dosage up or down, changes in meds etc. can cause symptoms to ramp up while you adjust.
