Yes, I definitely feel shaky after an exhausting day as well as poor sleep. I tend to get situational-anxiety, but I also get a racing heart when I'm exhausted or if I've over-extended myself. I'm sure it's very normal! Exhaustion and sleep deprivation can do all sorts of odd things to us. I had insomnia several years ago, and didn't like what it did to my body. It felt awful.
