    Heart worries

I’m worried about my heart. I have this constant feeling of clunking, jerking, fluttering in my chest. I can’t relax as it’s all I can feel. I have constant gnawing in my ribs directly under my breasts and my head feels odd (best way I can describe it) not a headache but a pressure and a feeling of not being quite right. I’ve had echo, ecgs, chest xray and blood tests over the last year and all normal. Does this sound like heart problems? It’s all I can think about as it’s all I can feel!

    Re: Heart worries

Can anyone help? I’m so worried. I’ve been away for the weekend and spent the whole time feeling somewhat odd and I even had a spell where I lost my balance and was staggering around my hotel room like a drunk person! The pressure in my head and palpitations are scaring me

Having had a heart attack myself all I can say is that doesn't sound like heart symptoms to me.
    Probably anxiety/panic.
    Fishman will probably confirm.

Yeah... You wouldn't be on a forum asking about it I assure you.

    STATUS: Confirmed.

If you've had all of those tests and they've come back normal, there is nothing wrong with your heart at all. Panic can do weird things to the body and makes me feel like I'm dying on a regular basis. You will be just fine
