After suffering IBS c for many years and just passing hard stools I now have a pain under my right bra line which moves towards my sternum,I feel so full I can't eat anything apart from drinking water,and taking Windeze chewable tablets,I can feel it when I bend,could it be acid indigestion.....its driving crazy 😣.

it might be trapped wind i get this. get your hands and push around your stomach, if you fell rumbling then its trapped wind

My mum has a similar problem. Ever since she was a kid she had bad constipation. She is 40 now and for the last few months she has a pain alongside the constipation. But the pain keeps moving around so she thinks it is trapped wind. It "feels" like muscle pain but it keeps moving around.
My mom did a blood test, urine test and stool test (calprotectin and fobt) few months ago and the results were normal, except that she has slight anemia but doctor attributed that to her recent heavy periods (perimenopause as she is 40). So I am guessing it isn't too serious.
