Can you have anxiety disorder without palpitations?

My palpitations suddenly disappeared and my resting BPM went really low almost 50 when sleeping. It seems like heart is really pumping/beating slowly. But suffering from chest tightness, dizziness, shortness of breath and high blood pressure which is varying. Anyone any comments please?

Of course you can, I don’t have any more palpitations than a normal person but I still have an anxiety disorder. A resting rate of 50 is actually considered very normal, not really low at all.
