    Wink ...good vibrations...

heya everyone - wanted to send out some positive vibes,

been having a nightmare couple of months (with a gynae op for precancerous cells) and trying to write up my thesis - which triggered off MASSIVE health anxiety . although its still tough - i still have chest discomfort and acid reflux and worry still occupies 50% of my thoughts AT LEAST ITS NOT 100%!!!!

I do feel better in myself (i went for a half hour run on sunday and have generally been looking after myself more). I've found dealing with what happended quite hard emotionally BUT I AM GETTING THERE!!!!

its a hard slog - but i'm starting to see that little chink in the blackness - and you all will too.

    love,

    Jess
