Hi there.
I'm Rainbowguy!
I just signed in to the forum.

I got anxiety.

My entire anxiety disorder started 4 months ago with a HUGE panic attack...
I used to have panic attacks all the time but no longer
That's pretty positive i think.

However the thoughts and the obsessions kinda stayed with me

The last few months i've been worried sick that i'm going crazy. (Psychosis/schitzofrenia)...
My only symptom is that i'm "hearing voices" - Which my therapist says is just background noise that i'm WAAY too focused on.
All my sences are on high alert all the time basicly
I've never managed to hear a word, it's all swuush noises and faint whispering-ish sounds. I'm hella worried about it though and can't really let go of it.
