I was going up the steps and bumped upper left side of chest hard on a corner of the wood piller of the steps and it hurt like hell but appears to have subsided. I hit is so hard I heard the splintering sound of wood! I am worried I might of ruptured something and it will manifest itself in some kind of heart attack in no time. I know this isn't a replacement for a doctor but is it likely I can rip an artery by crashing into stuff like this around the house or am I just overreacting? Pain is like dull in that area and it is mixed with some arm pain I already had from using hand tools. How am I supposed to discriminate the pains now! arrrg I am very frustrated and pissed at myself for being stupid and not being careful enough.
