Hi all, been having a good look at the forum and decided to sign up!
I’m a 42 year old male who has been suffering from GAD for about 7 years now. Had health anxiety since then as well, especially about ectopics and palpitations.
Really glad this site and forum is here and seems a good place to discuss, support and be able to talk to others who are in the same boat.
