New raised pigmented spot on back!

Just wanted to share, that spot came back as seborrheic keratosis. They are benign and also called "senile warts". This isn't my first one, and I am only 36. The doc said that I may be genetically predisposed to developing them, and there will be more to come as I get older, and to stop freaking out. I know he is right, I just need to find a way to make this happen.

If someone is reading this who is worried about a new raised spot on the skin, please take note. Most spots on the skin are benign, even if they are new.
