Tight/weird intestines apart of IBS?

Finally took a sample of my stool after TEN appointments and 2 gruelling months of a horrible stress induced series of bms. All started when I went on antibiotics despite only taking 3... ive done the full circle of bad d*...c* ....d* and have now sort of made an agreement with my body that white bread, couscous, pasta, tuna, the odd alcohol and dry cookies are KIND OF ok. I await in exhaustion rather than anxiety as I have used up all my adrenaline over the past 9 weeks. :(

my question is...since I most definitely have IBS or worse , do you guys get your intestines playing loud games and light cramping? its something i only noticed about 2 weeks ago and seems to happen every single day. Sometimes helped by gas but generally a very uncomfortable feeling like a washing machine.... Not sure if Im noticing it more now that Im SUPER diligent since my guts got destroyed by medication.

Also, do you guys know if IBD gets shown on stool tests?

Sound like what I’m going through,

The gurgling noises are horrendous and the cramping is bad, I have had stool tests and various blood tests and yes they do rule out IBD, what happens if it shows elevated levels of CPR they would then investigate more.

Im so sorry :( it sucks so bad - in my opinion though the clear tests are more good news than bad - been phoning my doc all day but she said it could take up to 2 weeks til a result :/ , have you ever taken antibiotics?
