So I’ve posted before about my hormonal issues. I’ve been to a gynocologist that checked me over and discharged me. In the past couple of cycles i decided to take some Agnus Castus because I’d heard good things about it. It calmed down my hot flushes and moods.
periods have always been regular. This month I finished my period (longer than normal but not heavy) and then two days later I started again. It wasn’t a full period but there were minute bits of clotting. It lasted two days and stopped. But now for the last three days I’ve had brownish when wiping.
Past two days I’ve had hot sweats and tummy ache and felt sick. I stopped the Agnus as soon as the second bleed started.
aby advice or experience?
