Update: I saw my doctor who was very understanding and checked for lumps but only in my left breast as that was the breast I talked about. He said he felt nothing but some normal lumpy tissue. He said even after many years as a doctor he still has the heart stopping moment when he feels a lump in a womans breast. He told me he definitely didn't feel that with me. He has put me on the list for a mammogram but says it won't be for some weeks but he's not at all concerned. I left feeling relieved although I wish he had checked the right breast as well. But overall I'm content. Thanks for your replies ladies.
