I have a few other raised marks on my back so I'm 'hoping' this one just happened to be on my mole. It's such a tricky place I can't see it but can see enough to see it's my mole and it feels raised.

I've been using SPF50 even when it wasn't that hot or sunny out.

The different fear being posted just about every day leads me to believe it's just anxiety. You're fine.
