    Hello,

    I would suggest making sure your well hydrated both before and after walking or any other forms of exercise. As muscles fatigue, an imbalance of electrolytes can occur within the muscle fibers. To put it simply, the imbalance causes the the motor neuron that controls the fiber to to fire on its own. This is a normal occurrence. Don't forget to hydrate.

    Thank you . I will apply your advices. I started to use magnesium calcium supplement for longer than 2weeks. I hope it will work. I feel still nervous. Thank you again for your explanation
