Hi all,
Been feeling like i got on top of my anxiety after some cbt. Until today. I had planned a nice little bbq for family for a bit of a celebration of exam results , i knew it would be a bad idea but i really thought i would be ok.
This morning i was a mess. Partly i expect as i had a few drinks last night and that just makes anx worse!
I knew i was anxious about the social gathering. I tried everything, did some yoga, breathing, went for a walk along beach. Nothing helped.
So about an hour before i just cancelled.
Feel so annoyed now.
Now im sitting here relaxed but angry and bored!!
Damn anxiety disappeared now i have no plans and feel like a flipping lemon!
I gave in to it.
Anyone cancel things?
