Weird on going chest symptom

For a while now i've been having this strange chest pressure in my sternum. Its mostly located at the top of my sternum and at the bottom and often times i feel like i need to tilt my head backwards to try and 'stretch' out whatever it is causing it. I've told my GP about this and i've done a complete blood work, chest x-ray, ECG, all coming back perfectly fine. Just wondering has anyone had any sort of issue like this? it flairs up much more when i stress out.

anxiety can cause all types of problems and can basically cause almost anything as it tricks your mind, if everythings come back fine i guess theres nothing to worry about, easier said than done though, i can sometimes feel this pressure when i breath in sharply.
