Stress can really mess with your metabolism. However, sometimes our bodies just do weird stuff and there isn't any answer.
I have been kind of ok since I last posted here as from July 25th its been 1lb gain then 2lbs down etc, dont really think my stress has been that bad BUT I am constantly thinking 'how much have I lost today'.....so yes its constantly on my mind!
I have managed to get an appoitnment with the GP tomorrow to discuss weight loss etc... nervous as ever...

So I went to the Dr - he has ordered a series of blood tests including CA125, Thyroid and the standard FBC, Kidney & liver function tests, in addition to this ordered a chest xray, pelvic ultasound and bowel screening test.....GREAT!
He said my weight should have evened out by now hence why all the tests, he did not seem overly concerned, ME - SCARED TO DEATH!
Did he ask what you're eating? Is there an actual record of how much food you eat?
