Re: Lower one sided pelvic/hip/back. (Colon Cancer)

I have exactly the same thing right now, I have for a number of years and I don't have any type of cancer! Mine comes on when I sit or sleep at a strange angle or I don't warm up or go to hard in the gym or even just sitting around for too long., mine is sometimes sciatica and radiates down my legs or to the front of my hip and sometimes it's a struggle to walk. You should try some lower back yoga sessions on YouTube and I know this may sound uncomfortable but try sleeping on the floor for a week or so, I do this when mine flares up and honestly sleeping on the floor has worked wonders and it's not as uncomfortable as it sounds.

I hate HA Woke up this morning hoping to feel better but I feel worse. Now all of my lower back is aching and sore I also feel it in my pelvic area. The pain in my hip hurts and I can feel it more when sitting down. I have had this before . Why does it always come back? I'm still very worried that this is colon or ovarian cancer
