I know some people post their situations online but then they never return to update people, well it's almost been 3 years since I discovered my palpable nodes in my neck, and I just wanted to come here and tell you that nothing has changed and that they are still palpable and that I was never diagnosed with any diseases, hopefully this can put your mind at ease knowing that lymph nodes can be slightly enlarged permanently with no obvious reason. If you're concerned please see a doctor they can answer your questions far better than anyone else.
