Hi does Imodium always stop your ibs attack I’ve been really stressed lately and had a ibs attack and even though I took 2 Imodium it slowed it but hasn’t completely stopped has this happened to anyone else

Yes, absolutely. I don't take it nowadays but it was definitely no match for my bowels when I was having a bad one.

I wont lie..for the most part its good for me, I had an INTENSE stomach bug last christmas and in all fairness it gave me hours of stomach-pause HOWEVER, as youve both mentioned, I took it around one month ago during a HORRIFIC HORRIFIC time of stress and to be fair I felt like I needed to go but Imodium completely stopped anything from happening so I'm a bit in love with it haha. Keep doing ANYTHING you can to relax but eat some dry foods, white bread has helped me thoroughly and pastries have really helped make things "calm down"
