Hi all

Today after eating lunch - a large bowl of noodles, i started to feel an overwhelming sense of depression. That was about 2 hours ago... I hardly ate last night as I was doing a late shift so was feeling a bit shaky and weak before I ate....

Can not eating enough and then eating a lot all of a sudden cause intense anxiety/depression feelings?
I'm scared this feeling is not going to go away. I've been crying uncontrollably and not able to stop pacing round the house....

Any advice on this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
